Your First Consultation

We are happy to discuss your needs either face to face or over the phone.

Our highly experienced mortgage advisers will be able to explain the various types of interest rates to choose from and the most suitable options for repaying the mortgage, tailored to your needs.

We will also explain the various types of insurances available, designed to protect your home and family.

Morrison Ward Associates will guide you through the process of buying and selling your home, holding your hand every step of the way.

We will charge a fee up to £679 payable on application. In addition we will also be paid a procuration fee from the lender.
